NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE. Pursuant to Chapter 59, Texas Property Code, Frontier Self Storage Center, Inc. which is located at 17560 US Highway 87 West, Adkins, Texas 78101 will hold a public auction of property being sold to satisfy a landlord’s lien. Sale will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 7th, 2015 at 17560 US Highway 87 West, Adkins, Texas. Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Seller reserves the right to not accept any bid and to withdraw property from sale. Property in each space may be sold item-by-item, in batches, or by the space. Bidders must arrive prior to 10 am to register and review and agree to the full auction rules. All property purchased must be removed by 8:00 pm on day of the sale.  Property being sold includes contents in spaces of the tenants listed below, with brief description of the contents in the spaces.
